Our Philosophy

small version_edited.jpg

Re>Formed Yoga, combines a carefully curated list of Asanas that have been derived from ancient wisdom and the practices of Hatha, Vinyasa and Kriya Yoga.

I teach yoga traditionally with it's actual Sanskrit names. However, disciplines such as meditation, breathing techniques, and my philosophy are not based on Hinduism or its new age variant. Instead, my desire is to point you towards

finding better health, real joy, and peace.

Not by looking inward, but upward.

As I was taught by my father from a young age, I teach Yoga with a Biblical worldview and principles that can be applied to our everyday life for a better living regardless of what belief system you might follow.

Yoga simplifies, slows down, and declutters our lives, and I am excited to share this experience with you. This isn't just a work-out, a meditation class, or a fitness routine. It is much more.

It is a lifestyle.

Re>Formed Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation that is meant to be life-changing. I hope to help guide you towards a healthier, more joyful and peaceful version of you. I take time to carefully curate each session to adapt to my students based on their physical ability and goals.

Here at Re>Formed Yoga, we don't aim for perfection. We don't expect you do be able to do all the asanas or even pronounce their names correctly. But we don't give up, and we don't lose heart. We treat each other as family regardless of where we all are on this journey.

I look forward to meeting you.

"The quest for inner peace and true happiness begins with the self realization of accepting that nothing will. But someone can."
